Renters must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license or government-issued ID. A credit card is required for the security deposit.

Yes, helmets are required by Arizona law for all electric scooter riders. We provide helmets free of charge with every rental.

Scooters can be ridden on bike lanes, bike paths, and roads with speed limits of 25mph or less. Riding on sidewalks is prohibited in most areas.

All our scooters have a minimum 20-mile range. If you do run out of battery, contact us and we'll arrange for a replacement or pickup.

You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your rental time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee.

Yes! We offer 10% off for groups of 3-5 scooters and 15% off for groups of 6 or more. Contact us for large group reservations.
